Produce fillers on demand in any quantity

From now on, you will produce air cushions and mats for filling packages by yourself – as many as you need at any given moment. You don't have to stockpile them – in just a few minutes you can inflate the required number of fillers. The BM-A2T machine can produce up to 6/16 meters of cushions or mats per minute. The machine operates nearly 10 different types of air cushions and mats. Moreover, you can start and stop production without using your hands – a foot switch is included in the set.

Cut costs and gain more storage space

Unlike loose fillers such as flopak or polystyrene chips and bubble wrap stored in huge rolls and bags, air cushions are produced on demand. There is no need to stock them up, which saves warehouse space. The Bublaki BM-A2T production machine is compact and lightweight – it weighs only 8 kg. Thanks to this, it can be easily moved to any location – it can be installed directly near the packing zone. Air fillers do not affect the weight of the shipment, as they consist of about 95% air and only 5% film. This is the lightest carton filler available on the market.

Control panel - production under control

The Bublaki Maker BM-A2T machine is equipped with a small control panel. It allows you to adjust the most important parameters – production speed (2 modes), welding temperature, and the amount of air pumped under pressure. The built-in display shows the current value of each setting. You decide what your filler should be – use the suggested settings or create your own configuration. You can increase or decrease all options without turning off the machine, which makes it easier to choose the appropriate configuration for the inflated cushions.

Convenient filler production

The table with a rewinder is a convenient solution for producing package fillers. Place the Bublaki BM-A2T machine on the table at a convenient height, activate the rewinder, and produce fillers "in reserve". The Bublaki BM-T1 is equipped with wheels and brakes, which makes it easy to relocate your production station. The rewinder is powered by the machine. Synchronize the rewinding speed with the production speed and let the devices operate automatically. When the roller reaches the maximum allowable number of fillers, production will automatically stop thanks to the installed sensor.
