An effective solution that streamlines the process of packing cartons. Pressing one of the buttons automatically cuts a piece of tape (up to 210 cm) and wets it with water. The dispenser features a range of functions allowing, among other things, the automatic feeding of tapes in different sizes. The device works with tape with a width from 40 to 80 mm and a maximum length of 200 m, both standard and reinforced. The device is powered by a 230V 50 Hz mains supply.
The fed tape segments are wetted with water at the appropriate temperature and immediately ready to stick. The electronic paper tape dispenser features two vertical blades providing a clean and long-lasting tape cut. The dispenser allows for tape wetting adjustment on 3 levels.
The panel is equipped with 10 buttons allowing you to prepare a tape segment ranging from 15 to 105 cm.
The user can obtain tape strips of any desired length (up to 210 cm) by using the +/- buttons. Any desired tape length is extended using a dedicated button.
The AUTO option allows the automatic preparation of tape strips of a selected length, one after the other – as soon as one segment is removed, the dispenser prepares the next.
The device allows for programming of the sequence – the BT-D22 will prepare segments of various lengths (e.g., 15, 30, 85 cm).
From the panel, one of 5 water temperature levels can be selected.
