The automatic dispenser for water-activated paper adhesive tape Bublaki BT-D21 is a user-friendly and reliable device that, when a button is pressed, distributes ready-to-stick pre-cut sections of reinforced tape with lengths of 10-99 cm. The dispenser automatically moistens, ejects, and cuts the paper tape. It is adapted for both ordinary paper tapes and reinforced tapes from 20 to 80 mm with a maximum roll diameter of up to 220 mm. Its simple design results in easy operation and servicing. The base components are made of steel, which ensures the dispenser’s exceptional durability. The device is powered by a 230V 50 Hz electrical network.
Operating it is simple and pleasant. The dispenser features 2 function buttons and the ability to program two tape length settings L1 and L2. The length is adjusted with a knob and displayed on one of two displays.
Simply press one of the buttons to get a ready, pre-cut, moist tape segment with a length from 10 cm to 99 cm. The additional ?Manual? button serves to dispense tape of any desired length. The dispenser offers moisture adjustment on 3 levels. A significant convenience for the dispenser operator is the foot pedal used to dispense tape at the selected L1 length.
Bublaki paper tape with water-based adhesive made from potato starch is manufactured from durable kraft paper. Once applied, it creates a very strong bond and the tape integrates into the structure of the carton, thereby effectively securing the package contents. The Bublaki packing paper tape is fully eco-friendly – it can be recycled along with the cardboard packaging.
