From now on, you will produce air cushions and mats for filling packages on your own - as many as you need at any given moment. You do not have to stockpile them - in just a few moments you can inflate the required amount of fillers. The BM-M2T machine can produce up to 12 meters of cushions or mats per minute. The machine handles nearly 10 different types of air cushions and mats.

Unlike loose fillers like flopak, styrofoam chips, and bubble wrap stored in huge rolls and bags, air cushions are produced on demand. There is no need to store them, which saves space in the warehouse. The Bublaki BM-M2T production machine is compact and lightweight - weighing only 6.2 kg. Thanks to this, it can be easily moved to any location - it can be installed directly at the packing station. Air fillers do not affect the weight of the shipment, as they consist of about 95% air and only 5% foil. It is the lightest filler for cartons available on the market.

The Bublaki Maker BM-M2T machine is equipped with a small control panel. It allows you to adjust the most important parameters - production speed, welding temperature, and the amount of air pumped under pressure. The built-in display shows the current value of each setting. You decide what your filler should be - use the suggested settings or create your own configuration. We can increase or decrease all options without having to turn off the device, which makes it easier to choose the appropriate configuration for the inflated cushions.
