Produce fillers on demand in any quantity

From now on, you will independently produce air cushions and mats for filling packages – as many as you need at any given moment. There is no need to stockpile them – in just a few moments you can inflate the required number of fillers. The BM-UP200 machine can produce up to 10 meters of cushions or mats per minute. The machine handles many different types of air cushions and mats, including the largest ones up to 80cm

Cut costs and gain more warehouse space

Unlike loose fillers such as flopak or polystyrene chips and bubble wrap stored in huge rolls and bags, air cushions are produced on demand. There is no need to store them, which saves warehouse space. The vertical Bublaki production machine is compact and lightweight – weighing only 3.5 kg. This makes it easy to move it to any location – it can be installed directly next to the packer’s area. Air fillers do not affect the shipment weight, as they consist of about 95% air and only 5% film. It is the lightest filler for cartons available on the market. 

Control panel - production under control

The Bublaki Maker BM-UP200 machine is equipped with a small control panel. It allows you to adjust the most important parameters – production speed, sealing temperature, and the amount of air pumped under pressure. The built-in LEDs display the current setting value. You decide what your filler should be – use the suggested settings or create your own configuration. All options can be increased or decreased without the need to turn off the machine, making it easier to select the appropriate configuration for the inflated cushions.

Quick installation and intuitive operation

After removing the device from its packaging, connect the power supply, attach the feeding roller, and place the roll of air filler onto it. After adjusting the settings and pressing the START button, production of air fillers for packages will begin as soon as the machine heats up – the cushions and mats will be inflated under pressure while being sealed simultaneously. The vertical machine allows you to produce up to 10 meters of filler per minute.
