You do not have to store them in bulk – in just a few moments you can inflate the required amount of fillers. BM-UP200 is capable of producing up to 12 meters of cushions or mats per minute. After removing the machine from its packaging, connect the power supply, fasten the feed shaft and place the roll of air filler on it. After adjusting the settings and pressing the START button, production of air fillers for packages will begin once the machine is heated – the cushions and mats will be inflated with pressurized air while simultaneously being welded. The vertical machine can produce up to 10 meters of filler per minute.
