Produce fillers on demand in any quantity

From now on, you will independently produce air pillows and filling mats for packages – exactly the amount you need at a given moment. You don't have to stockpile them – in just a few moments, you can pump the required amount of fillers. The BM-M2T can produce up to 12 meters of pillows or mats per minute. The machine handles nearly 10 different types of air pillows and mats.

Free hands during work - foot pedal

Go for convenience. The set includes a foot pedal that allows you to easily start and pause the production of fillers. This simple solution enables you to keep your hands free.

Cut costs and gain more storage space

Unlike loose fillers such as flopak or styrofoam chips and bubble wrap stored in huge rolls and bags, air pillows are produced on demand. There is no need for storage, saving warehouse space. The Bublaki BM-M2T production machine is compact and lightweight – weighing only 6.2 kg. This allows it to be easily moved anywhere – it can be installed directly at the packing area. Air cushioning fillers do not affect the weight of the shipment, as they consist of about 95% air and only 5% foil. This is the lightest filler for cartons available on the market.

It allows you to adjust the most important parameters – production speed, welding temperature, and the amount of pressurized air pumped in. The built-in display shows the current value of a given setting. You decide what your filler should be – use the suggested settings or create your own configuration. You can increase or decrease all the options without turning off the device, which makes it easier to select the appropriate configuration for the inflated pillows.
