BM-A2T Air-Fillers Production Machine
Bublaki Maker BM-A2T is a high-quality, modern 200W machine for producing air fillers. You can produce as many air fillers as you need on your own. Air package fillers are an effective way to secure packages and their contents during transport. This device seals mats/cushions filled with pressurized air, making each individual cushion elastic and a great substitute for, for example, thin bubble wrap or less economical packaging fillers such as foam.
Easy Operation – Control Panel
The built-in controller features an LED display to show current values. From the panel, you can choose the speed mode (fast/slow) and adjust the temperature and pressure. The operation is easy and intuitive.
Two Speed Modes
The BM-A2T machine has 2 speed modes. The slow mode allows for the production of up to 6 meters of finished cushions or air mats, and the fast mode enables the efficient production of up to 16 meters of fillers.
A Machine You Can Take Anywhere
The device can easily be called portable due to its low weight of 8 kg and compact dimensions of 35 x 17 x 25 cm. Thanks to its all-metal casing and high-quality electrical components and parts, no warehouse conditions pose any threat.
Easy Machine Installation and Operation
The initial assembly is very simple. Just screw together the three components (feeding shaft, guide, and foot) using an Allen key. Then, plug the device into the power supply, set the appropriate parameters, and the machine can start working. (Place the film roll on the large shaft, insert the beginning of the material between the guides, stretch it onto the nozzle, and press the "IN" button until the film passes to the other side of the mechanism for several dozen centimeters. Choose the appropriate speed mode, adjust the pressure and temperature, and press the "START" button.)
