From now on, you will independently produce air cushions and air mats for packaging – as many as you need at any given moment. You don't have to stockpile them – in just a few moments you will inflate the required amount of fillers. BM-M2T can produce up to 12 meters of cushions or mats per minute. The machine handles nearly 10 different types of air cushions and air mats.

Cut costs and gain more storage space

Unlike loose fillers such as flopak or styrofoam chips and bubble wrap stored in huge rolls and bags, air cushions are produced on demand. There is no need for storage, which saves warehouse space. The Bublaki Maker BM-M2T machine is compact and lightweight – weighing only 6.2 kg. Thanks to this, it can be easily moved anywhere – it can be installed directly at the packer's station. Air fillers do not affect the weight of the shipment, since they consist of about 95% air and only 5% foil. It is the lightest filler for cartons available on the market.

The Bublaki Maker BM-M2T machine is equipped with a small control panel. It allows you to adjust the most important parameters – production speed, sealing temperature and the amount of compressed air pumped in. The built-in display shows the current value of the selected setting. You decide what your filler should be like – use the suggested settings or create your own configuration. You can increase or decrease all options without needing to turn off the device, which allows for easier selection of the appropriate configuration for the inflated cushions.
