The water-activated packaging tape dispenser Bublaki BT-D11 is a user-friendly and reliable device that dispenses ready-to-apply pieces of rubberized tape measuring 10-99 cm. The dispenser moistens, extends, and cuts the paper tape. It is adapted for both regular paper tapes and reinforced ones from 20 to 80 mm with a maximum roll diameter of up to 200 mm. Its simple design results in easy operation and maintenance. The basic components are made of steel, which gives the dispenser exceptional durability. The kit includes, in addition to the dispenser, 5 rolls of tape: in various sizes including one reinforced.

Easy operation

The device is easy to use thanks to its precise and nearly silent mechanism. Just lightly turn the lever located on the side of the device to get a ready, cut, moistened piece of rubberized tape in lengths from 10 cm to 99 cm*. The cutting process is fully automated. Manual adjustment allows the operator to control the gaps between consecutive tape pieces. The dispenser features moisture regulation for the tape in 3 levels. The device is relatively small and light (9.5 kg) and does not require electrical power, making it fully mobile.

You can obtain a non-standard tape length by pressing the lever again without tilting it back; in this case, the first segment will not be cut and the feeder will extend an additional length.

Bublaki rubberized paper tapes

Bublaki paper tape with water-based adhesive made from potato starch is produced from strong kraft paper. Once applied, it creates a very strong bond and the tape integrates into the carton structure, thereby perfectly securing the package contents. The Bublaki paper packaging tape is fully eco-friendly – it can be recycled together with the cardboard packaging.
