Inflating Bubble Bag Bags

The bags are supplied in the form of a roll, which is mounted on the filling machine. It is required to inflate the packages – in this case, there is no possibility of using a hand pump or compressor!

After mounting the roll on the column, the pumping nozzle must be placed in a special tunnel. After selecting the appropriate settings (speed, temperature), you can start inflating. The machine automatically fills, moves, and then seals (welds) the edges of the bag.

Then, it is enough to tear off individual bags at the perforation. The BM-UP200 machine is capable of inflating even several meters of foil per minute. This allows you to inflate a huge number of packages in no time!
