Inflating Bubble Bags

Bags are supplied in the form of a roll, which is placed on the inflating machine. It is necessary for inflating the packaging – in this case, there is no possibility of using a manual pump or compressor!

After mounting the roll on the column, the pumping nozzle must be inserted into a special tunnel. After selecting the appropriate settings (speed, temperature) you can start inflating. The machine automatically inflates, advances and then seals the edges of the bag by heat sealing.

Then it is enough to tear off individual bags along the perforation lines. The SPA-M7T machine is capable of inflating even several meters of film in a minute. This way, an enormous number of packages can be inflated in no time!
