Inflating Bubble Bag Packages

Bags are supplied in the form of a roll, which is placed on the filling machine. This device is required to inflate the packaging – it is not possible to use a handheld pump or compressor in this case! Once the roll is installed on the column, the filling nozzle is placed in a special tunnel. After selecting the appropriate settings (speed, temperature) you can start inflating. The machine automatically fills, moves, and then seals (welds) the edges of the bag. Then it is enough to tear off individual bags at the perforation. The SPA-M7T machine is capable of inflating even several meters of foil per minute. Thanks to this, a huge number of packages can be inflated in a short time!
