Inflating Bubble Bag Pouches

Bags are supplied in the form of a roll that is loaded onto the inflating machine. It is required to use the machine to inflate the packaging – in this case, using a hand pump or compressor is not possible! After mounting the roll on the column, the pumping nozzle is placed in a special tunnel. After selecting the appropriate settings (speed, temperature), you can start pumping. The machine automatically inflates, moves, and then seals (welds) the edges of the bag. Then you simply tear off individual bags at the perforation line. The SPA-M7T machine is capable of inflating even several meters of film per minute. This allows you to inflate an enormous number of packages in no time!
