Filling Bubble Bags

The bags are supplied as a roll, which is installed on the filling machine. The machine is required to inflate the packages – in this case, it is not possible to use a manual pump or compressor! After mounting the roll on the column, the pumping nozzle is placed in a special tunnel. After selecting the appropriate settings (speed, temperature), you can start pumping. The machine automatically fills, moves, and then seals (welds) the edges of the bag. Then, simply tear off individual bags at the perforation. The SPA-M7T machine can inflate even several meters of film per minute. This means that in no time you can inflate a huge number of packages!
