Inflating Bubble Bags

The bags are supplied in a roll that is mounted on the inflating machine. It is required to inflate the packaging – in this case it is not possible to use a hand pump or compressor!

After fitting the roll onto the column, the pumping nozzle must be placed in a special tunnel. Once the appropriate settings (speed, temperature) are selected, you can start inflating. The machine automatically fills, moves, and then seals (welds) the edges of the bag.

Then, you simply tear off the individual bags along the perforation. The BM-M7T machine is capable of inflating even several meters of film per minute. Thanks to this, a huge number of packages can be inflated in no time!
