Filling Bubble Bag Bags

Bags are delivered in the form of a roll, which is mounted on the filling machine. It is required for inflating the packages – in this case, there is no possibility of using a hand pump or compressor!

After placing the roll on the column, you need to place the filling nozzle in a special tunnel. After selecting the appropriate settings (speed, temperature), you can start inflating. The machine automatically fills, moves, and then seals (welds) the edges of the bag.

Then, simply tear off individual bags at the perforation. The BM-UP200 machine is capable of inflating even several meters of film per minute. Thanks to this, in a short time, you can inflate a huge number of packages!
