In our store, you don't have to worry about the chosen size not fitting or failing to meet your expectations in any other way. Thanks to the integration of our store with cheap InPost Parcel Locker returns, you can buy without stress – returning purchased goods will be a breeze.

According to applicable law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can send it back to us within 14 days of withdrawal. All returns in our store are handled by a very simple return wizard, which enables you to send back your return package via InPost Parcel Locker.

Place the packed goods along with the return document in a box and seal it well.

Refund

You will receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving the return.

Details regarding return steps:

Log in to your account, then select the product you would like to return in the return panel.
In the following steps, choose the return by clicking the "I will use the store's shipment" option and selecting the form in which you want to receive the refund;
Generate return documents along with address labels, then print them and be sure to sign the return document.
Place the packed goods along with the return document in a shipping box and seal it well. You can use the box in which you received the ordered goods. Go to any InPost Parcel Locker, where you can send the package quickly and conveniently, 24/7.
Remember that the dimensions of the package cannot exceed 41 x 38 x 64 cm and a weight of 25 kg.
We will issue a refund after receiving the package or within 14 days from the day we were informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract. Usually, however, it takes less time. We may withhold the refund until we receive the items or until you provide proof of sending them back.

This procedure is not a condition for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit it in any way.
