From now on, you will produce air cushions and mats for filling parcels on your own – exactly as many as you need at any given time. You don’t have to stockpile them in advance – in just a few moments you can inflate the required amount of fillers. BM-A2T can produce up to 6/16 meters of cushions or mats per minute. The machine supports nearly 10 different types of air cushions and air mats. What’s more, you can start and stop production hands-free – the set includes a foot switch.
Cut costs and gain more warehouse space
Unlike loose fillers such as Flopak or polystyrene chips and bubble wrap stored in huge rolls and bags, air cushions are produced on demand. There is no need to store them, which saves warehouse space. The Bublaki BM-A2T production machine is compact and lightweight – it weighs only 8 kg. Thanks to this, we can easily move it anywhere – it can be installed directly next to the packer’s station. Air fillers do not affect the shipment weight, as they consist of about 95% air and only 5% film. This is the lightest carton filler available on the market.

Control panel – production under control
The Bublaki Maker BM-A2T machine is equipped with a small control panel. It allows you to adjust the most important parameters – production speed (2 modes), sealing temperature, and the amount of air pumped under pressure. The built-in display shows the current value of a given setting. You decide what your filler should be like – use the suggested settings or create your own configuration. We can increase or decrease all options without turning the device off, which makes it easier to select the right configuration for the inflated cushions.
Convenient filler production
Table with winder is a convenient solution for producing parcel fillers. Place the Bublaki BM-A2T machine on the table at a comfortable height, start the winder, and produce fillers “in advance”. Bublaki BM-T1 has wheels with brakes, thanks to which you can easily change the location of your production station. The winder is powered from the machine. Synchronize the winding speed with the production speed and let the devices work automatically. When the shaft reaches the maximum allowable amount of fillers, production will be stopped automatically thanks to the installed sensor.
